We strongly advise starting your SQE1 studies as early as you can. Given the comprehensive nature of the syllabus, you’ll appreciate the extra study time as the exams approach, especially if you’re balancing a full-time job.
We suggest a study period of 5-6 months for SQE1, dedicating about 15-20 hours each week. What’s more, there’s no fixed enrolment date. You can join the course at any time throughout the year, offering you the flexibility to begin your preparation when it suits you best.
The SQE1 course is not strictly structured around a set number of weeks or days for lecture attendance. This ensures that if you have a busy schedule, there’s no need to worry about missing a lesson.

All our course packages include an initial consultation with a tutor and access to our acclaimed SQE1 mock tests, one of the most sought-after features in the SQE training market. This ensures you’ll be well-prepared and encounter no surprises on exam day.
We also offer flexible funding for our courses.
The SQE textbooks are sent by a special courier within 2 working days after you apply for the course. Please allow the courier 5-8 working days to deliver your package. Delivery is free within the UK (excluding the British Isles), £110 to Europe and the US and £140 to all other destinations. Delivery fees, where applicable, are payable in addition to the course fees.
Access to the online training system covers the first two consecutive sittings of the SQE1 assessment administered by the assessment provider from the date of your registration to the course, or until the date on which you have passed the SQE1 assessment, whichever happens first.
If you have signed up for the SQE1 Basic Course, you can always upgrade to unlock access to the SQE Video Library or purchase additional 20 mock tests. The cost of upgrading is £390 for each feature.
Starting from June 2023, we are pleased to offer extended course periods. If you wish to begin your SQE1 preparation ahead of time (which is highly recommended), you have the option to purchase your course in the same calendar month as, or the calendar month immediately preceding, a scheduled SQE1 assessment (for example, on or after 1 December or 1 June). By doing so, you will be granted an optional pre-prep period.
During this period, you will have limited access to SQE Learning until the conclusion of the nearest SQE1 assessment following the purchase of your course, but your course will cover three consecutive sittings rather than two sittings (or earlier if you have passed SQE1). To exercise the pre-prep period option, you must notify us by email within seven days of purchasing the course.
